Direct Care Associate – Community Living is seeking compassionate people to provide direct care and residential services to persons with mental retardation living in staffed residence. 2nd, 3rd and weekend shifts available.

Direct Care Associate are responsible for the care, training, safety and supervision of assigned residents specifically and all residents in general living in a 3-person staffed residence home. He/She implements active treatment training programs as determined by the individuals support team.

This position requires at least a high school diploma or its equivalent. Experience in a healthcare and/or residential setting and/or with adults with mental retardation is preferred. Candidates must have good reading and comprehension skills as well as reliable transportation.
