Life Insurance	All full time employees (amount equals twice the annual salary of the employee)	First of the month after a 30 day waiting period is fulfilled	CL pays 100% for all exempt full time employees Additional coverage by employees at 100% per year
Retirement Plan (403B)	All full time employees	After one year continuous Full time employment with CL	CL will match the amount the employee contributes to the plan up to 3% per year
Long Term Disability	All full time employees	Eligible at time of employment	CL pays at 100%
